Licenses

Tamara Ray Photography grants buyer a non-exclusive perpetual personal-use license to download and copy the accompanying image(s) subject to the following restrictions:

  • This license is for editorial or personal use only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the image for display on personal websites and computers or making image prints or video copies for personal use. The image may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. Also, it may not be used in advertising. Finally, the image may not be resold, re-licensed, or sub-licensed.
  • Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the image remain exclusively with the Tamara Ray Photography.
  • You must provide credit to Tamara Ray Photography with however you are using the image
  • Tamara Ray Photography will not be liable for any third-party claims or incidental, consequential, or other damages arising out of this license or buyer’s use of the Media.
  • Editorial and personal use photos do not have any model or property releases, which means they cannot be used for commercial, promotional, advertorial, or endorsement purposes.
  • This type of content is intended to be used in connection with events that are newsworthy or of general interest (for example, in a blog, textbook, newspaper, or magazine article).
  • There are no warranties, express or implied. The image is provided “as is.”

Tamara Ray Photography grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the accompanying image(s) for permitted commercial purposes, defined as:

  • advertising, promotion, brochures, packaging
  • as part of a commercial website for promotional purposes use
  • prints, posters, flyers, tear sheets for promotional purposes (not for resale)
  • prints, posters, or other commercial display of an image
  • magazines, books, newspapers, other printed publications front covers
  • video, broadcast, theatrical
  • There are no warranties, express or implied. The images are provided “as is.”
  • Tamara Ray Photography will not be liable for any third-party claims or incidental, consequential, or other damages arising out of this license or buyer’s use of the Media.

Tamara Ray Photography retains all rights, license, copyright, title and ownership of the image.

What you may not do

Buyer may not resell, re-license, redistribute without express written permission from Tamara Ray Photography. Use as a derivative work, and reselling or redistributing such derivative work is prohibited. The image may not be used in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous, or defamatory manner. Image may not be incorporated into trademarks, logos, or service marks. Image may not be made available for re-download.

Get Permission

*If you want to use the image commercially, you might need permission from the model, owner, estate, trademark, or brand. Model and property releases are signed documents that ensure that the people or property featured in an image are safe to use. If you fail to secure releases before using the image, you or your company will be liable for any claims. This is part of the agreement you make when you buy images from Tamara Ray Photography (view our T&C’s).

It is your responsibility to make sure you have the right releases to use the image for your project.

Tamara Ray Photography grants you a perpetual, exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the accompanying image(s) for permitted commercial purposes.

This means no other client will be able to buy and use this image. If a client purchases the exclusive right of an image, that image will be removed from www.tamararayphotography.com and will no longer be available for sale. The client will gain access to all rights of the image to use for an unlimited amount of time however they wish.
